Kearny Selects SDL Enterprise License

Kearny Selects SDL Enterprise License

SOMERSET, NJ – October 12, 2021 – We are excited to announce that the Town of Kearny has selected Spatial Data Logic’s software for their Building, Land Use, Code Enforcement, Clerk and Engineering departments. Located in Hudson County, Kearny joins over 225 New Jersey municipalities who have used SDL’s software to streamline processes and move services online.

With the SDL Enterprise License, Kearny will have access to all of SDL’s modules, platforms and workflows to help their staff with permitting, inspections, zoning/planning board applications, OPRA requests, complaints and other department processes. Additionally, their Building department will benefit from an end-to-end online permitting and plan review solution that will help them accept, review, mark up and approve building plans digitally.

Residents of Kearny can also look forward to a new way to engage with their town online. With the SDL Portal, the town will be able to move paper processes like Road Opening Permits online, allowing the public to skip the trip to town hall. The Town of Kearny will have full control over which processes they want to move online for the public, but options include complaints, OPRA requests, permit/property lookups, clerk applications, property registrations, inspection requests and more.

We are happy to have the Town of Kearny on board and can’t wait to help them get started with their new software and citizen platforms.
