Our forms are integrated, meaning public users will complete the form online via the SDL Portal or through your town's website. Town users can then access, process and track the forms on the backend using SDL's software platforms. 

SDL Forms transforms your paper documents into digital workflows that allow actions, prior approvals and notifications to be built into the process. When a form is submitted, the appropriate user is notified when they need to take action.

On the backend, various permission levels are also available.

A QR Code can be associated with a form to track the usage and validity of the form. By scanning a form, your department will have a full history of what scans have occurred and the date/time of all scans. Additionally, you can use scans to verify that a form has not expired and/or reached its quantity limits. 

Municipalities can use SDL Forms for location scheduling, providing an easy way for the public to schedule appointments for one or more locations.
