Form Scanner

A QR Code can be associated with a form to track the usage and validity of the form. By scanning a form, your department will have a full history of what scans have occurred and the date/time of all scans. Additionally, you can use scans to verify that a form has not expired and/or reached its quantity limits.

Municipalities can use SDL Forms for location scheduling, providing an easy way for the public to schedule appointments for one or more locations.
