July 14, 2023 - SOMERSET, NJ - Spatial Data Logic (SDL) is pleased to welcome the Borough of Middlesex! Located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, the borough has selected SDL’s Building and Land Use software as a means to streamline its development processes, drive efficiency in the field and provide online services for its residents.
SDL’s municipal management software offers an integrated system that fosters transparency and collaboration among departments. Our software will simplify the process of tracking application progress, plan reviews, inspections and prior approvals throughout the building. Moreover, SDL’s mobile app will increase field efficiency by providing convenient access to property history, applications, statutes and other information, while also enabling staff members to complete inspections on their smartphones or tablets.
Middlesex Borough will also benefit from SDL’s electronic permitting and plan review system, which will help the construction department comply with new UCC permitting legislation. The department can leverage SDL’s citizen-facing portal and mobile app to give the public 24/7 access to information and services such as:
- Electronic submission of permit applications and plans
- Online inspection requests
- Online tracking of applications and plan reviews
- Access to property and permit information
