August 3, 2023 - SOMERSET, NJ - Spatial Data Logic (SDL) is thrilled to welcome our newest software client, the Township of Mahwah! Located in Bergen County, New Jersey, the township will be implementing SDL’s Construction, Code Enforcement, Engineering, Land Use and Fire Prevention modules to unify its departments under one platform.
SDL offers a comprehensive municipal management software solution that will facilitate seamless collaboration and information sharing across Mahwah’s departments. The software will also help each department streamline various municipal processes including applications, permitting, licensing, certificates, plan reviews, violations, inspections, invoicing, and reporting.
Mahwah’s Construction Office is particularly looking forward to having an end-to-end permitting and plan review solution to comply with New Jersey’s recent UCC legislation. Residents will soon have the opportunity to submit permit applications, plans and inspection requests online. Once submitted, Mahwah’s staff will manage the requests electronically, utilizing SDL’s software for efficient reviews and approvals. The platform will also enable real-time information exchanges with applicants, streamlining communication and reducing the need for calls.
